Life Sweetener Maker 2022年，我們離開了那個相遇的地方—澳洲。 伴隨著想用食物帶給身邊人快樂的心情，我們創立了Apis Gelato 這個品牌。 Oldie But Goodie，我們以義式冰淇淋最經典的開心果口味作為進入零下世界的起點，融合東西方的經典元素，創造出APIS的招牌「開開心心果」。背上開心果的行囊，不帶上任何色素與香精，和大家一起探索充滿歡笑聲的GELATO世界。 以蜜蜂的學科屬類APIS為名，我們希望扮演蜜蜂的角色採集並分享快樂的甜蜜。 願大家 因甜而聚，創造快樂，享受甜蜜。BEE Around With Sweets! In 2022, we left Australia, the land where we met and got married. Following our desire to bring happiness to people around us through food, we started Apis Gelato. Oldie But Goodie, we started from the pistachio flavour and made to the best version of it as our signature 「HAPPYSTACHIO」. We have everything made from scratch, no crazy additives but loads of laughter! Apis means bee, and we hope to be like bees to share the sweetness.
